Looking Up

Life with God is always an ascent, not a descent!

 

“I will lift up my eyes to the hills – from whence comes my help?  My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.”   Psalm 121:1-2

 ‘Unto You I lift up my eyes, O You who dwell in the heavens.”  Psalm 123:1

 “Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.”  Psalm 134:2

 

 Our walk with God is an upward journey.  It is a relationship that offers certainty in uncertain times.  When one chooses to look upward, they are placing their faith in the God who will not fail.  There is one whose strength is much greater than our own – and through Him, we can find peace, hope, and encouragement as we lift our eyes off our circumstances and upon the Lord.  Place everything in God's hands and look up!  Our Heavenly Father does all things well.
