Guard Your Heart During the Holidays

On thing that I find helpful to remember when discussing the holiday season is that God's power to change our lives starts within our heart.  In Proverbs 4:23, Solomon wrote, " Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life."  Simply put, we need to guard what we allow into our heart.


This Holiday Season:

• Guard what we pursue in our hearts
  
• Guard what we desire in our hearts
• Guard what we are passionate about in our hearts

What will you and I look like if our hearts pursuit was Jesus during the holidays?  This is a legitimate question, and one that will help give you direction during this fun time of year.  Have a blessed day!
